We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from Christchurch within 2-3 working days. We use a Non Signature NZ post courier service or NZ couriers.

You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number.

Returns:

We want you to love your new linen. If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods. We will offer a full refund or an exchange (minus the shipping fees).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE. We can only accept goods that have not been opened or used - we define opened as out of its original folded condition, with any ribbon and/or tags removed. We understand you may wish to check colours but please do not unfold the linen. Our bedding is folded to allow ample fabric to check the colour. You can also contact our friendly team for product information and linen swatch requests, we are happy to help!

Please email us at hello@thelinenproject.co.nz with you name, order number and reason for return. We will then let you know what to do next.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages on the way back to us.

Gingham pillow cases - beautiful!

Love my clay duvet cover. Colour brightens our room and makes me smile. I was slightly skeptical at first getting linen but I am won over, and it get softer with age! I think I will really notice the difference when I have to put my old sheets on for washing.
Super great company to deal with and fast service. Would recommend. Have pair with 2 x clay pillow cases, clay duvet cover and gingham bottom sheet.

Quality

Already purchased the matching sheet some time ago so was happy that my expectations were met with these pillow cases. Quality product and very well cut & sewn with an opening in the middle of the back. Came in a lovely linen pouch too (no plastic) that 8 can use a show bag 😊Great size to accomodate any thickness pillow, these just look and feel so vintage and luxurious at the same time. The price is amazing, I was a little apprehensive at first thinking they may be less quality but not at all! Very fast delivery also.

Happy as can be

Bought this gingham set to go with a plain matching duvet cover I already had. The items came quick and beautifully wrapped. The thank you card. lovely bags and old fashioned wrapping really did put a smile on my face (just as the card said). Soft handle, still smells like flax and lovely colour. Just slightly on the large size (I ordered queen). But all good - rather too big than too small. As an aside, I compared these prices to IKEA linen (which is inferior quality and not stone washed) and they stacked up well - so, good job people of The Linen Project. Loving your work.
