Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from Christchurch within 2-3 working days. We use a non signature NZ post courier service or NZ couriers.

You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number.

Returns:

We want you to love your new linen.  If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods. We will offer a full refund or an exchange (minus the shipping fees).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

IMPORTANT NOTE on Bedding Returns:

We can only accept goods that have not been opened or used - we define opened as out of its original folded condition, with any ribbon and/or tags removed. We understand you may wish to check colours but please do not unfold the linen. Our bedding is folded to allow ample fabric to check the colour. You can also contact our friendly team for product information and linen swatch requests, we are happy to help!

Please email us at hello@thelinenproject.co.nz with you name, order number and reason for return. We will then let you know what to do next.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages on the way back to us.

Faulty items: 

We hope this never happens, but in the unlikely event that your linen is faulty please email us on hello@thelinenproject.co.nz and we will review your case right away.
