Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from Christchurch within 2-3 working days. We use a non signature NZ post courier service.
You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number.
We are more than happy to ship internationally, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We want you to love your new linen. If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods. We will offer a full refund or an exchange (minus the shipping fees).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on sale or promotional items unless faulty.
Please email us at email@example.com with you name, order number and reason for return. We will then let you know what to do next.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages on the way back to us.
Faulty items:We hope this never happens, but in the unlikely event that your linen is faulty please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your case right away.
