You will be notified once your parcel has been dispatched and you will be given a tracking number.

Returns:

We want you to love your new linen. If for any reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days from the receipt of your goods. We will offer a full refund or an exchange (minus the shipping fees).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the bedding cannot be slept in.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on sale or promotional items unless faulty.

Please email us at hello@thelinenproject.co.nz with you name, order number and reason for return. We will then let you know what to do next.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost packages on the way back to us.

Blown away by the price of these items as compared to other sites, I have lots of flax linen bedding now but only just found these guys - great prices for the same quality as other higher priced places.

Wonderful service and product

The softest linen I’ve ever owned

I love these linens so much I am just adding to my collection as fast as I can
I do believe I am sleeping better too , they feel so good and natural against your skin

This is a lovely soft linen and the colour is stunning. But the size is weird. I have a Queen Ecosa mattress and ordered a queen fitted sheet. The sheet is too big for the mattress and so the fit is very loose and the sheet wrinkles up really easily , so I found that annoying. Otherwise a lovely product and fast shipping
